If you are not satisfied with the condition or health of your plants upon receipt, immediately notify us prior to planting. We will gladly reship replacement plants, if available in stock. If stock is not available, we will provide details of when you can expect replacement or provide credit for future orders. We reserve the right for photos of the subject plants and/or return of subject plants in question for evaluation to better our processes.
When receiving your plants and your plants experience damage in transit, please attempt to first refuse shipment. The damage products will be returned to us. If shipment must be accepted or you discover the damage after receipt of shipment, notify us immediately the day of your delivery. We will gladly offer to reship new plants, if available in stock. If plants are not available in stock, we will provide details of when you can expect replacement or provide credit towards your next order. We reserve the right to request photos of the damage, and/or request the shipment be returned to us for evaluation to initiate a subsequent claim(s) with the shipper.
It is mutually agreed that Spring Haven Farms, LLC will not at any time be liable for any amount greater than the original purchase price of the order received.
